I conduct impartial, trauma-informed and culturally aware investigations that involve a thorough review of all available evidence, including documents, digital records, correspondence, and witness accounts.

I interview complainants, respondents, and witnesses to assess credibility and reliability, and I analyze the evidence in relation to applicable polices, common law, and legislation.

I then prepare clear, comprehensive, and legally defensible reports that bring clarity to complex situations and support fair, informed decision-making.
